Alexander House Hotel, East Grinstead gets 5 stars

A few months ago we stayed at the very swish Alexander House Hotel in East Grinstead and had a superb experience. We were surprised at the time as to why the hotel was only 4 star, it had every luxury going, the staff being especially friendly and professional. But we`re glad to report that the hotel has finally gained its fifth star, and rightfully so.

The hotel has clearly worked tirelessly over the past few years passionately investing in its facilities, service and products to achieve this prestigious accolade and finally, following a series of rigorous visits over the last year, it paid off last week as the AA announced its achievement.

The hotel also hopes to create a renewed `buzz` within the local community as people will be able to nibble, snack, feast or fine dine or dip in and out of the award winning spa.

In addition the knock on effect will of course open up around 20 additional job opportunities which they hope to fill with people from the immediate area. Can`t be a bad thing!
