Roux Jr. At Parliament Square Launches An Exclusive Champagne Dining Experience With Laurent-Perrier
One of the world`s leading chefs, Michel Roux Jr, and one of the head`s of family-owned Champagne Laurent-Perrier, Alexandra Pereyre de Nonancourt are hosting an exclusive champagne dining experience.
Taking place on 6 November 2012 at Roux at Parliament Square, guests can raise a toast to Laurent-Perrier`s Bicentenary Year, while enjoying an excellent five-course champagne-pairing menu devised especially by Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr. Diners will be welcomed with a canapé and champagne reception, before indulging in an array of contemporary and delicate dishes, each complementing the complexity, expertise and heritage behind Laurent-Perrier`s champagne.
The MasterChef presenter has carefully paired the lightness, freshness and elegance of Laurent-Perrier`s most prestigious and pioneering champagnes with five decadent courses. The menu will include matches such as Scallop Croustillant, Potato and Truffle Butter paired with Laurent-Perrier Vintage 2002 and a succulent Slow Roasted Breast and Fillet of English Veal, with Macaroni Gratin and Woodland Mushrooms paired with the iconic Laurent-Perrier Grand Siécle.
Michel Roux Jr. will be accompanied in the dining room by Alexandra Pereyre de Nonancourt, who has taken the reins from her late father Bernard de Nonancourt – the man recognised for developing Laurent-Perrier the brand. The expert duo will be guiding guests through the varying styles of the champagnes, which combined with the culinary masterpieces of the Chef`s menu, promises to be a unique and memorable dining experience.
