No more cooker valeting services with the Gaggenau BX280

Luxury brand Gaggenau have just launched the BX280, a double oven providing equal oven capacities of an extremely generous 103 litres each. It even comes with the built-in benefits of Pyrolytic self cleaning in both oven cavities.

At 76cm wide with a total 206 litre capacity, the BX280 is one of the largest and most capacious double ovens on the market. This new appliance is therefore ideal for homes where entertaining is commonplace and cooking for numbers is a constant requirement. The impressive internal capacities of the two ovens allow for a total of 12 alternative cooking options, including a baking stone and dough proving settings.

Cleaning has been well thought out on the BX280. Not only does each oven operate a Pyrolytic self cleaning facility for burning off grease at high temperatures, but with glass fronted oven doors on both ovens, external cleaning is equally easy to maintain on this majestic new appliance.

Finished in a choice of two stunning colours – stainless steel & aluminium – the new BX280 also offers a choice between left-hand (BX281) and right-hand (BX280) hinging, so the oven doors are able to open either from the right or left, according to the individual layout of the kitchen. (Please note: Hinging must be specified at time of ordering as it is factory fitted).
