We were lucky enough to sample the shoulder of pork stuffed with black pudding. Simply follow the provided cooking instructions for a super succulent, flavoursome and hearty dish. This is a stunning combination for a rainy and dreary weekend, as the rich flavour of the black pudding elevates the pork to have a homely and yet powerful taste. This is not your normal roast, it has oodles of flavour!
