Travel in luxury with the limited edition ‘Bon Voyage’ from Charles Heidsieck

Founded back in 1851 by Charlie himself, Charles Heidsieck has since become a champagne synonymous with luxury, opulence and refinement.

This season, Champagne Charles Heidsieck has handcrafted the ultimate luxury travel companion for champagne lovers, the ‘Bon Voyage’. The ultra elegant blue leather case has been expertly designed by artistic director Chikala Funada, and it presents a unique vessel for carrying up to four bottles of champers. But that’s not all, this limited edition set includes five coupe grande flutes and a beautiful maple wood walking stick, which cunningly conceals a flute within its embosses metal top.

Stocked only at Harrods, this truly unique piece is a must-have for any connoisseur this Christmas.  Made in France, the bag is cut from full grain leather, saddle stitched to perfect its thousands of intricate details, inspired by the very first medicine bags.  The pewter of the cane handle and the flute feet have been worked, shaped, polished and engraved with the Charles Heidsieck monogram.

However, that is not where this exceptional offering ends; at Harrods the acquisition of the case will be accompanied by the opportunity to purchase a selection of oenothèque Charles Heidsieck wines which will be personalised to each individual buyer. Each of the 29 buyers will also receive an engraved pewter luggage label plate, along with an invitation to the House, which is not open to the public.

The Charles Heidsieck ‘Bon Voyage’ will be available exclusively from Harrods in the UK from late September, price on request.
