Kivotos Hotel Mykonos – review

Kivotos Hotel is exactly what one would expect from a top boutique hotel. The family-run hotel is located on a private beach with amazing views over Ornos Bay and is therefore one of the best spots on the island. It is secluded from lively Mykonos town but not too far away in case you fancy going out.

The individually designed rooms and other facilities in the hotel are stylish and of a high finish. The hotel provides a very client and individual orientated service and no wish is unattended. Kivotos is different from anything we have experienced before. It has a relaxed atmosphere but does not lack professionalism. The gourmet restaurant, situated on a balcony overlooking the sea, is exceptional. The staff are extremely friendly. The service was second to none.

Just to give you an idea how good the service was here is an example of what happened while staying there:

I had a special dietary requirement and the kitchen didn`t have the products I needed. Having spoken to the waitress she decided to send a driver there then to the shop the get the required product. Five minutes later it was on my breakfast table.

Kivotos has a Spa, various pools and amazingly it has it’s own private yacht. This 25m motor sailor has a capacity of 30-40 people. The hotel organises day cruises which give Kivotos guests the opportunity to explore the Cyclades in a comfortable and luxurious environment.

The hotel also offers different rooms and suites, for example the Noah`s Waterfront villa which accommodates up to 6 people and includes it’s own pool.
