JUJU, Chelsea – Review

Looking for a vibrant, fun and classy London Bar in which to spend the evening? If so, you may want to seek out Juju on King`s Road to see what it has to offer. This multi-award winning bar has been named “Best DJ Bar” at the London Club and Bar Awards 2012 and has previously been awarded “Best Bar 2011. It also has won an award for `Outstanding Mixology 2010` and Best New Bar 2009. With all of these accolades in mind, we were desperate to see the bar for ourselves and jump into the action.

Smack bang in the heart of Chelsea, there is a real buzz in the area and a great atmosphere to boot. The bar list shows off an extensive range of classic and new cocktails. Some of which are topped with Veuve Clicquot and others with premium spirits. Champagne topped cocktails such as the `Passionate Affair` are a great way to get that luxury taste and get you in the mood for a great evening. For friends, I would also recommend the `Squirrel Hunt`, a wonderfully nutty sharing cocktail which can be had for an affordable £22.00. Cocktails here are top notch. For that extra touch of luxury, you can also treat yourself and your friends to a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label £59.00 (before 9pm).

Combine these drinks with the brilliant resident DJ sets that are held here on a nightly basis and you have a real carnival atmosphere. This really is a great spot to see in the weekend and really let your hair down. Staff here are also extremely accommodating and helpful, which gives Juju a really warming touch.

There is also a selection of eclectic combination of tapas food from all over the world chosen to complement the drinks on offfer and served on sharing plates. The food is designed to be fun, communal and supplementary to the vibrant party atmosphere of JuJu.

Something a little more private…

Parties are our specialty, reserve an area or our VIP room for smaller or larger parties. The VIP room can be reserved for up to 25 people or you can hire the venue exclusively holding up to 300 people.

JuJu’s Private Room can be exclusively hired for any function with a capacity of up to 80 people. It is equipped with media facilities that include a 6ft projector screen with lap top connections, iPod dock, satellite TV link ups and your own DJ facilities if required. It is a perfect space for product launches, presentations and of course celebrations and functions of any description!
