A Spice Girl, a Super Model, Sodastream and Cannes 2013
Sodastream, a Spice Girl, a Super Model – it could only be Cannes. The Sodastream pop up bar at the Cannes Film Festival has attracted a host of celebrities.
This was the same for Tuesday (21st May) night`s charity dinner, which SodaStream was a sponsor, held at La Plage Royale in Cannes for the Naked Heart Foundation and Film Aid.
Super model Natalia Vodianova and Spice Girl Mel B signed SodaStream machines which will be part of the charity auction.
SodaStream is leading the green movement at Cannes; creating a plastic bottle free environment and offering a range of freshly-made SodaStream flavored drinks, for a better-for-the-planet and better-for-you experience.
In partnership with Cinemoi, guests including Radha Mitchell, Greg Williams, Julien Macdonald, Pete Tong, Amanda Neville, Mel B, Kimberley Garner, Yasmin Mills, Melissa Odabash, and Nancy Dell`Olio enjoyed amazing food and specially crafted Beach Ball cocktails from Sodastream and Chivas.
Natalia Vodianova and Caroline Baron, founders of Naked Heart Foundation and FilmAid International, shared inspiring words followed by a sumptuous live musical performance from Alison Moyet for her only Cannes performance.
Vital funds were raised through a silent auction and a live auction by Christie`s with an event that was made possible by the generous support of Bocelli Family Wines, Chivas, Sodastream, Plage Royale and Rodial.
The Naked Heart Foundation was founded by Natalia Vodianova in 2004 to support efforts to eradicate child abandonment in Russia and build inspiring and accessible play facilities in impoverished areas across the country.
FilmAid International uses the power of film and media to transcend language and literacy, bringing life-saving information, psychological relief and much-needed hope to refugees and other communities in need around the globe.
