Luxury Hotels In Peru
If Peru is one of your favourite holiday destinations you`ll be happy to know that new luxury hotels are opening there in the next couple of years. An increase in demand for luxury accommodation has lead to a number of new developments to open between 2009 and 2011.
Cusco and the surrounding areas of the Sacred Valley are key hot spots for tourists visiting the Inca Citadel, Machu Picchu and developments are also planned for Lima, the coast, Arequipa and Puno.
Libertador Luxury Collection to Open in The Sacred Valley
The Tambo del Inca Luxury collection Hotel is opening in September 2009. It will feature a spa, two swimming pools and varied cuisine. Guests will be offered adventure tourism experiences including tours in the Inca history.
Aranwa Hotel & Spa Sacred Valley and Boutique Cusco Hotel
A luxury resort in the Sacred Valley built on the riverside land of an ancient 18th Century colonial hacienda. This gorgeous five star hotel and spa offers adrenaline fuelled activities in the valley, a rejuvenating hydrotherapy pool and an oxygenation room.
The Westin Libertador is said to be the tallest building in Lima and opens in 2010.
Libertador is a Peruvian Hotel chain which is in alliance with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in opening the first Westin Hotels & Resorts in South America. It will feature a spa, a bar and two restaurants.
A few other luxury developments are being planned but what I`m looking forward to is the first seven star resort which is being constructed in Peru in the Sacred Valley! Just imagine the luxury services and accommodation you`ll experience there.
There`s definitely a lot to look forward to in the next couple of years with these new hotels offering luxury living so start planning your next Peruvian adventure!
