World’s Most Expensive “Green” property – £15m

The location for the world`s largest `green` property is Palm Beach, Florida. It is being constructed by real estate tycoon Frank McKinney, who actually looks like an extra from a Guns N` Roses video! image The `legend` as they call him in the States is building the property without a buyer in mind which could be considered a bit risky by many, but based on the `green aware` consumer today this place will get snapped up by some paparazzi craving film star who wants to be seen as doing something good for the planet!
