Inamo Restaurant Review

I was really intrigued to eat dinner at Inamo as I`d heard amazing things about the unique interactive ordering system and entire digital experience.

As Asian food is an absolute favourite of mine I was hoping I would enjoy tasting these appetising dishes and also the fast paced atmosphere provided by this oriental fusion restaurant situated right in the heart of Soho.

As soon I stepped inside this intimate space it commanded my attention, all I could see was uber-cool digital photographic landscape images and patterns projected onto each table setting. I was greeted, led to my table and was encouraged to play with the digital menu drop down system, which basically meant I could navigate food items from a mouse pad to the right of my place mat. I must admit it took me a while to get to grips with the touch sensitive menu system but once I had grasped its functionality I added a variety of two small dishes, one large dish, two sides and a couple of cocktails as a recommended combination from the waiting staff.

My recommendations from the menu have got to be the baby crispy prawns, Chilean sea bass with a side order of black bean asparagus and a raspberry lemon cooler cocktail – I loved the baby prawns so much I ordered a second portion even after all that! Less is definitely more, the flavours were beautifully combined and the portions were just the right amount – not too small and not too big.

I have to highlight this super cool joint was not as luxurious as some of the places we`ve featured on Lussorian.com but it`s a fabulous choice if you want delicious, tasty Asian food at a reasonable price. I will definitely go back to this quirky restaurant just to enjoy the overall culinary experience and buzzing vibe all over again.
