In recognition of their guests` exacting standards,The Lanesborough has created a cocktail and cigar pairing menu, matching drinks to highlight each cigar`s unique attributes, creating the ideal balance for the smoker.

Davide Guidi, a master of the drinks and cigar industry, joined The Lanesborough in August as The Garden Room Bar Manager, after an illustrious career in which the Italian born award-winner worked in a managerial capacity at The Dorchester, Four Seasons and Fifty St James`s, among others.

Guidi will work closely together with Maestro Salvatore Calabrese, who previously spent ten years as bar manager at The Library Bar, and who has returned to the hotel in a consulting capacity, adding his years of expertise to the process of creating this consummate pairing menu.

Neil Millington, The Garden Room`s cigar sommelier, has chosen some of his favourites cigars from the hotel`s expansive walk-in humidor to perfectly match with the cocktails.
